Julianne Owens, a 15-year-old local high school student, received notice today that she was one of only 14 students to receive a U.S. Department of State-sponsored full scholarship to study abroad in Oman through the YES Abroad (Youth Exchange & Study) Program, implemented in part by AYUSA.
