vehicle. Re: Subject located and returned to their vehicle.

3:02 p.m. Anchorage Ln. Family dispute. Caller reports problems with ex, he won’t let her get her
belongings and he called her names in front of her 5 month old daughter, also smelled marijuana in
residence. Re: Reporter contacted by phone, advised to refer information on odor of drugs to Children
Services and contact courts regarding writ of assistance.

with a subject who is possibly in danger from estranged husband who threatened to kill her. Safety

2:54 p.m. Ellen/Howard. Timber complaint. Anonymous female advises that subject cut down 30’ trees
on property across the street over the weekend, are using it for firewood. Property is possibly owned
by SCBEC or GP.
4:17 p.m. W. Catching Rd. Suicidal subject. Caller reports that girlfriend is suicidal. She called him
intoxicated stating that she needs help. Re: Subject transported to Bay Area Hospital on mental hold.
4:44 p.m. Auction Barn Rd. Dog at large. Neighbors rottweiler is in his yard and killed his chickens.
Re: Dog being taken to shelter.
5:34 p.m. Myrtle Creek Rd. Suspicious conditions. Reporter is at boyfriends residence, saw 2 or 3
flares go off, unknown where from.
10:22 p.m. Coquille area. Assist public. Caller is attempting to get ahold of subject. Has been concerned
for her welfare as subject left her baby in Washington. Re: Contacted subject and she will call
her mother-in-law.
11:16 p.m. Hwy 42/Powers Hwy. Injured animal. Female on a cell phone reports that there is a dead
deer in the road. Re: Deer is deceased, was removed from roadway.

12:25 a.m. Non-injury accident. Observed what looks like the remains of a non-injury vehicle accident.
Re: Tow is on scene already.
2:01 a.m. Red Dike/Pansy Rd. Non-injury accident. An anonymous female reports that there is a vehicle
in a ditch, people are on scene trying to pull it out. Caller states that there is a large party going on
at a nearby residence. Nicholas Chalmers arrested and charged with Driving Under Influence
Intoxicants. Vehicle was secured and marked at the scene. Subject transported to the Coos County Jail.
7:34 a.m. Hwy 42S. Driving complaint. Caller reports that a blue or silver van ran past a school bus
with its red lights on and continued towards Coquille.
8:24 a.m. Wildwood Rd. Caller reports being bitten by a dog yesterday, didn’t seek medical treatment.
Re: Issued written warning. Dog is quarantined at home.
11:43 a.m. Old Broadbent Rd. Criminal trespass. Report of unknown subjects in reporter’s residence
refusing to leave. Phone went dead prior to finishing phone call. Re: subject left prior to arrival. Call
cancelled.
12:05 p.m. Myrtle Crest Ln. Report of dogs running at large near school.
2:16 p.m. North Bank Ln. Assist public. Victim is mental and upset. Needs officer to talk her into going
to hospital. Re: Deputy request that Bay Cities Ambulance be dispatched. Not a police matter.
3:53 p.m. Sitkum. Traffic hazard. Report of a slide blocking one lane of roadway.
3:57 p.m. Hwy 42. Theft. Caller reports seeing a subject with what the caller believes to be a Salvation
Army shopping cart. The cart has been missing for two weeks. Subject is a tall, slim, male with brown
hair. He is pushing a red shopping cart. Re: Subject located near Norway Cemetery, stated that he had
found the cart in the slough near Coos Bay. The reporter request that it be left at Safeway in Myrtle
Point and someone will pick it up there.
4:36 p.m. Rice Rd. Suspicious conditions. Caller found garage door open and believes that neighbor
is opening it while she is gone.
5:17 p.m. Seven Devils Rd. Deceased subject. Caller reports that a friend was sleeping off an intoxication
in garage and now they can’t wake him. Re: Victim removed by Nelson Mortuary. Report taken.

and is suicidal. Took an exacto knife and some rope. Is operating a black Toyota pickup.

SSI money, now wants him to leave but there is no money in account for him to leave.

stole his vehicle. Re: Reporter contacted by phone, states that she returned with the
vehicle. He reports that her name is on the insurance policy.
6:09 a.m. Rosa Rd. Found dog. Caller reports that a basset hound with a collar and no
tags showed up about an hour ago and is barking. Caller reports that the dog is obviously
a pet. She has the dog in her garage. Re: Reporter recalled, owner located.
12:25 p.m. N. 8th St. Welfare check on female. Possibly an assault victim. Re:
Investigation continuing. Contact with victim. Not as reported, was advised of Women’s

has a Coos Bay Police Department Warrant. Ramey Collins arrested on a warrant
for Felon in Possession Weapon.
4:48 p.m. Robertson Ln. Vicious dog. Report of a black and white Pit Bull at large is
chasing children. Re: Dog is not loose, was tied to his own front porch. Child was
approaching the dog.

he rolled his vehicle down an embankment on Libby Lane. He is not injured

would not advise of her location. She stated that she had fallen on the floor and would

a party and doesn’t know where he is. Re: Subject located; detainer authorized by Probation
Officer. Brandon Murray arrested for Parole Violation.
5:52 a.m. Ridge Road. Hit & Run Accident. Two mailboxes and some garbage cans have been
run over. Appears that vehicle slid off the road.
6:53 a.m. Arago Fishtrap Rd. Criminal mischief. Caller reports that vehicle ran into yard,
knocked over fuel tank. Re: Operator made contact with reporter, handled.
8:17 a.m. Hwy 101. Harassment. Subject pounding on reporter’s door, wants him to move off
the property. Re: Subjects advised.
8:54 a.m. Sitkum Rd. Animal complaint. Caller reports that dog was almost hit by two vehicles
yesterday while running at large. Reporter took it home, made contact with owner via
phone, owner stating that reporter stole the dog and is refusing to come get it. Re: Information
to animal control.
9:08 a.m. Hwy 42S/Fat Elk. Animal at large. Citizen reports a bull at large on Highway 42S.
10:25 a.m. Date St. Male on cell phone reports disturbance with girlfriend, she hit him with
a fence post.
10:59 a.m. Lampa Ln. Found property. Caller reports finding two rifles and camo jacket near
the wide pull out. When they passed through the area the first time, they saw a white pickup,
now the pickup is gone. Reporter thinks that hunters may have just forgotten to load them
into their pickup before leaving.
11:33 a.m. Fishtrap Rd. Suspicious conditions. Alarm sounding at the Barklow residence,
then the reporter heard 2 shots fired. Re: Recalled reporter who had spoken with the
Barklows on the phone, alarm was accidental.

talking about cops looking for him, going to Bay Area Hospital and Rehab on Monday.

7:30 a.m. Hwy 101. Smoke. Deputy observed combination of heavy fog and smoke in the
area.
7:37 a.m Andrews Rd. Theft from vehicle. Caller reports that a purse was taken from vehicle
during the night.
10:25 a.m. Maple Leaf Ln. Fraud. Grandmother has male calling and pretending to be a
cousin. Sent him $10,000.
10:47 a.m. Old Wagon Rd. Medical assist. Report of a verbal dispute. Female pregnant and
having abdominal pain. Re: Unable to locate female. On recall she advised that she was in a
vehicle headed towards town and would be fine.

watching for a friend. Reporter does not want contact, request patrol check.
9:07 a.m. E. 2nd St. Warrant service. Probation and Parole is at Coos County Jail with a wanted
subject. Subject taken into custody.
9:55 a.m. Morrison Rd. Theft of two water tanks from property.
12:17 p.m. Barry Rd. Unlawful Entry Into Motor Vehicle. Caller reports that gas, purse,
social security card and purse with credit cards taken from vehicle.
12:37 p.m. Roy St. Dispute. Male is moving out of residence and girlfriend is putting her
hands on him. RE: No crime occurred. Male subject left upon deputy’s arrival. Female
refused to talk.
1:14 p.m. Hwy 42/North Fork. Traffic hazard. Male on cell phone advises that a newer white
pickup pulling a utility trailer with approximate 500 gallon gas tank, leaking all over the road.

driver. Reporter followed from Remote and subject was
weaving all over the road.
11:25 a.m. Old Big Creek Rd. Disorderly conduct. 911 call
for phone number to Myrtle Point Police Department. Male
caller made rude remarks. 2nd call from male, possibly mental
or intoxicated. Re: Jason Tams arrested for Disorderly
Conduct, Menacing, Initiating a False Report and Reckless
Endangering.

called residence asking for “grandma,” when reporter was
uncooperative, subject became beligerant.

made threats to burn aunt’s house down. Re: Male subject
left area and was warned not to return.
4:49 p.m. Powers Agness Hwy. Missing person. Son left
Powers approximately 5 p.m. yesterday en route to Gold
Beach, has not arrived. Subject didn’t show up for 3 p.m.
shift at work today.
4:34 p.m. Hwy 42/Cedar Point Rd. Accident. Female on a
cell phone reports an injured deer.
4:34 p.m. Sumner Rd. Subject is very intoxicated and threatening
his estranged ex-wife and law enforcement that tries to
interfere.

1:00 a.m. Fat Elk Rd. Illegal burn. Coquille Fire Chief, Waddington, request that a deputy
respond to an illegal burn. Possibly burning railroad ties, 7 miles out Fat Elk from Hwy 42S.
Request they put out fire as best they can, Department of Environmental Quality will follow
up on Monday. Re: Unable to contact owner.
2:55 a.m. Hwy 42. Suspicious vehicle. Report of a suspicious vehicle parked near business.
Windows fogged over and no one in or around.
10:24 a.m. Hwy 42. Assist public. Caller reports that an older white pickup with 2 males
pulled up and dumped injured deer in reporter’s yard at approximately 8:30 a.m. Deer is trying
to get up, but is badly injured. Caller would like the deer properly disposed.
5:20 p.m. S. 4th St. Assist public. Caller reports having a verbal dispute with her ex. Suspect
possibly entered residence. Took keys and vehicle belonging to her. Does not want to report
Burglary and UUMV. Re: Subject is not willing to be a victim, will get a restraining order on
her own.
6:43 p.m. Green Acres Ln. Parking violation. Anonymous male called regarding the parking
of vehicles. States that subjects have parked a camp trailer sticking out into the road, put a
pylon near it. Also vehicles are parked in the road. RE: Called and left message. Checked
area, vehicle’s are not a hazard.
7:34 p.m. Gateway Rd. Verbal dispute. Caller reports that daughter’s boyfriend is at her residence,

shallow water across from Citrus Cutter Dock. Re: Reporter contacted by phone, Coos
County Sheriff’s Office doesn’t have a boat to access this shallow of water. Owner will probably
