4:44 p.m. N. Dean. One woman, very intoxicated, went into an apartment at 12th & Dean. Calling reporter every name in the book. Subject was carrying a can of beer.
4:45 p.m. Dean Street. Report of an intoxicated subject yelling and screaming at neighboring houses.
