2:43 a.m. Hwy 42. Suspicious subject. Out with Mulvihill, will transport to Coquille.
5:36 a.m. Robertson Ln. Shots fired. Result of an assault that occurred a month ago.
7:05 a.m. Raymond Ln. Possible burglary/criminal mischief to residence yesterday.
9:00 a.m. Hwy 42S. Caller request welfare check on father. Several attempts to contact
reporter for further information.
1:39 p.m. Welch Road. Suspicious conditions. Neighbors have power cords running across
reporter’s property.
7:11 p.m. Fairview. Dog bite. Coquille Valley Hospital reports dog bite victim. Family dog,
no further action.
10:34 p.m. C. Street. Family dispute. Report of a disturbance at the neighbors. Assistance
rendered.

1:43 a.m. Wallace Rd. Approximately 5 shots fired.
10:15 a.m. Sarah Lane. Narcotics investigation. Caller reports finding marijuana paraphernalia
in travel trailer.
11:02 a.m. Hwy 101. Juvenile problem. Out of control juvenile attempted to jump out of
vehicle.
12:25 p.m. China Flat Campground. Child Welfare request assistance at location. Reporter
advised that she would handle this call later in the week.
1:08 p.m. Four Corners. Burn information. 14 acre graze burn near Four Corners in
Fairview beginning at approximately 1:45 p.m.
3:00 p.m. Beaver Hill. Traffic hazard. Caller reports an alder tree down, half of the roadway
is covered.
6:33 p.m. Hwy 42S. Disabled vehicle. A green Chevy pickup off the roadway, no one in or
around the vehicle.

12:10 p.m. Old Wagon Rd. Assault. Parties contacted. No action taken. Subject is off his
meds. Had been drinking and forcibly removed from party when he refused to leave on his
own. Reporter recalled to file assault charges. Investigation continuing.
2:38 a.m. Hwy 101. non-injury accident. Male cell phone caller reports a vehicle in a ditch.
Vehicle towed by Mast Bros. Females transported into town by tow truck.
7:47 a.m. Lone Pine Ln. Non-injury accident. Fire unit advises that a logging truck flipped
on Cherry Creek “S” curves on Lone Pine Lane. Victim has help en route. Area is well.
12:05 p.m. Blue Ridge. Report of a suspicious vehicle.
3:03 p.m. S. 1st St. Female on cell phone reports a suspicious subject behind Fred Meyer.

12:26 a.m. N. Elm. Dispute. Loud Party, possible disturbance. Not as reported. Coquille
Police Department cited one subject for Minor in Possession.
1:21 a.m. Warrant. Coos County Circuit Court Juvenile Warrant. Subject/Evans for
Probation Violation per Not Maintaining Checking In Requirements.
1:22 a.m. Warrant. Coos County Circuit Court Bench Warrant. Subject/Page (AKA
Lenhart). Contempt of Court.
11:02 a.m. Coos County. Reporter is upset about the Animal Shelter being closed and
numerous things with the Governor. Reporter advised that the Shelter is not closed.
11:41 a.m. Lampa Ln. Suspicious conditions. Checked area, unable to locate.
12:33 p.m. Dement Creek. Criminal mischief to vehicle. Advised reporter to call when this
is happening.
1:04 p.m. Kirkendall Ln. Deceased subject. Caller reports finding brother down. He’s not
breathing or conscious. Caller believes that he has passed away. Subject is an alcoholic and
has been suicidal.
1:57 p.m. Robertson Ln. Juvenile problem. Caller reports a kid riding a go-cart out on the
roadway. Juvenile rides go-cart constantly in a reckless manner.
2:07 p.m. Tiara St. Sexual abuse. Child Services request a deputy assist with interview on
sex abuse that occurred last summer. Another incident occurred about 2 years ago in
Medford involving a different suspect. Investigation continuing.
2:11 p.m. E. 1st St. Out on boat exam.
3:49 p.m. Duling Rd. Welfare check. Caller reports that a female left a voice mail earlier
that she couldn’t go on. Checked, and subject has no intention of hurting herself.
4:19 p.m. Allegany area. Caller reports losing a Fuji Digital Camera.
4:21 p.m. Arago area. Non-injury vehicle accident. Caller tried to exchange information but
subject would not provide insurance information. Contacted reporter by phone and she was
able to obtain information from suspect,
5:28 p.m. Lee Valley Rd. Harassment. Subject is intoxicated. Reporter recalled and and
advised that suspect had left area. No further contact needed. Reporter will recall if needed.
6:02 p.m. Lee Valley Rd. Assault. No victim.
6:14 p.m. N. Folsom St. Female on cell phone reports criminal mischief.
7:00 p.m. Johnson Creek Rd. Animals at large. Two pigs running around. Owner recalled
and advised that pigs have been secured.
7:21 p.m. Mullen Rd. Dispute. Disturbance. Suspect is drunk and throwing rocks. Subject
contacted and warned not to enter reporter’s property.
7:29 p.m. Hwy 42S. Female on cell phone advises that there is a cow on the highway.
8:24 p.m. Coos County. Welfare check. Wife left between 10 and 11 a.m. and was despondent,
said that she was going to the Mill Casino but never made it there. Victim takes
Prozac and Xanex.
