The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Coos Bay  District is requesting any information associated with a  crime that occurred along the East Fork of the Coquille  River roughly three months ago.  A piece of plywood was unlawfully secured on a culvert  opening
at Hantz Creek, located near Frona County Park  near Fairview, OR. The plywood obstruction resulted in  damage to a public road and government property, in addition  to the death of steelhead fish that use Hantz Creek as a  spawning area.

A $1000 reward is available for information that leads to  the arrest and conviction of individual(s) responsible for the  crime. Any person with information is asked to contact  BLM Law Enforcement at 541-751-4401.
